 I had so much fun making this one. At first I was going to do a Christmas card.

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #24.

Happy Holidays

This weeks Atlantic Hearts Challenge was a hard one for me.

Here is the sketch below.

 

I decide to make my card into a Christmas card. 

 The pattern paper is the new Frosted Paper from the fall/winter CTMH idea book.

I love this new paper and I add the brown ribbon. I love blue and brown together.

All pieces including the card base have been edged with Desert sand ink. 

I hope everyone enjoyed my card. Can't wait to see all the creations.

I love how all the colors came together. Also this card has no pattern paper.
Its a very easy card to assemble and the flowers are cut from the cricut.

This week is a very special week for me.  The sketch this week is my very first sketch on atlantic hearts challenge.

This card is made only with card stock.
And can be put together in less then 5 mins. 

I love playing around with the sketch, so I decided to turn the sketch sideways.

Thank You Teacher Ka!!!!

As soon as I saw this weeks Atlantic Hearts Sketch. I knew it was going to be for teacher kara. She was Lily's perschool teacher 2 years ago and Roans playgroup teacher this year. The kids absolutely loved teacher kara and we are sad she will no longer be working in the playgourp network. 

So on the last day of playgroup we brought her flowers and this lovely card below.

Inside the card I stamped thank you and had all the kids sign there names. 

She loved the card and flowers. And was almost I

in tears.

This weeks sketch was a difficult one for me. 

I ended up make a male birthday card.

Also there is a black frame cut from the Cricut it is hard to see in the picture. Its places under the flowers. The Flowers that I LOVE. I know, I have used the Girls Rock stamp set too much.  I promise to use a different stamp set next week.

This weeks Atlantic Hearts Sketch  designed by Michelle Stewart.

What a great design it is, I'm in love with this one.

Looking at the sketch the first thing that came to mind was the girls rock stamp set. I knew I was going to work it into the card. And from there I decided Claire Paper Pack was the paper I was going to use.

 From that point the card come together in no time.
